Moisture management quick-guide
- CM ≤ 4% / RH ≤ 75%: use OptiSpread UX, Quantum T, or R820 directly
- 4% < CM ≤ 6% / 75% < RH ≤ 97%: prime with R540 Moisture Barrier first, then adhesive on the cured R540 layer
- RH up to 95%: Quantum T with the Trowel Plus system can be used as a combined primer+adhesive (no separate R540 required)
- Cementitious subfloors with dust/cohesion issues: prime with D501 before the adhesive or R540
