Bona's TDS for Bona Traffic HD lists the following substrates: hardwood-generic, engineered, parquetry.
engineered timber is covered by that list. In practice, tannin-rich Australian hardwoods (Blackbutt, Spotted Gum) can require a neutralising primer before waterborne topcoats to prevent tannin bleed-through. Always confirm the primer/topcoat combination against the product's Specifier Paragraphs for the species at hand.
