“Absolute joke of a company and owner. We had our floors installed, they were great for a short time, but only 6 months later we started having real issues. Turns out there was no floor prep or expansion joints put in. Now - 3 years later (as we have been chasing Patrick this long for him to fix) - the floors have to be completely replaced and our builder is having to go through another company as the work they've done is so shocking it can't be fixed but entirely ripped out and redone.
