“Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys. We paid a deposit for carpet for 3 simple bedrooms, back in May. 7 phone calls, 3 emails, 2 in store visits, and 4 months later - still no carpet, with the only explanation being that they're having problems with shipping. Carpet "apparently" arrived a while ago but it was wet so they had to send it back and wait for more. I was told that it would only be a couple of weeks turn around, but 6 weeks after that, still nothing. Out of all the times I got in”
