It's a directory of floor sanding contractors across NSW. We built it because finding a decent floor sander shouldn't require trawling through paid ads, dodgy review sites, and quoting services that skim your details.
Everyone listed here is a real tradesperson. We group them by region so you can see who works in your area, compare options, and pick up the phone.
We don't charge contractors referral fees. We don't resell your enquiry to five different businesses. We don't sit in the middle of anything. You find the contractor, you call them, that's it.
Three steps

Check ratings, specialties, phone numbers and websites. Get at least two quotes. Ask to see photos of recent work. Ask what coating they use and why.

Blue vs green listings
Blue listings are Bona Certified Contractors. They've been through Bona's training program and use Bona finishing systems. The certification means they've committed to a particular product standard.
Green listings are other reputable floor sanders in the region. Not having the Bona certification doesn't mean they're worse -- it just means they haven't gone through that specific program.
Both can do great work. Check their reviews, ask questions, and judge for yourself.
What is the FSA Network?
The FSA Network is a highlighted group of contractors within the directory. They get stronger placement on the homepage and region pages.
The wider directory also includes other NSW floor sanding businesses. Both groups are listed with direct contact details.
The aim is to make browsing easier, not to create a walled garden. You can still see and contact everyone.
